Relaxed dress code, shirts must be kept on. Soft Spikes Only All Alcoholic Beverages must be purchased at Divot’s Bar & Grill located in the clubhouse. Individuals may not bring their own alcohol onto the course. No Glass containers permitted on the course. Beer can be purchased in ice filled coolers for use on the course for $8.00 per six-pack. Coolers must be returned when finished golfing. Keg beer is also available. Kegs must be ordered in advance so they need to be requested when the outing is setup. Beverage carts can be used for Keg’s on the course. The group must provide their own responsible driver who is 21 years old or older. The group will be responsible for fixing any damages done by misuse of the beverage carts while it is in their possession. ½ Kegs or ¼ Kegs available, inquire about price. Credit Card number with expiration date or a 50% deposit is required to hold three or more tee times.. OPTION 1 Regular menu items are always available for individual purchase. Individuals are responsible for their own choices and for the payments. The outing group would not be responsible for collecting any payments for food or beverages. OPTION 2 Outing organizer pays for all food items purchased using the Divot’s Bar & Grill Regular Menu. This can be done in two ways. 1. Outing organizer can run a tab and pay the bill at the end of the outing. The foods ordered by individuals can be limited by the organizer. 2. A table will be set up for the Outing. The outing organizer orders a few items from the menu and decides the quantity each person is to take. We will put a sign on the table advising of the quantity individuals are permitted to take, but we will not monitor the amount each individual in your group takes. The outing organizer will need to advise the people in the outing of the limits they have set. It will be agreed upon in advance if additional food should be put out should the outing table run short due to overeaters. Any additional food put out will be billed accordingly. Example: Turn food such as 1 or 2 Hot Dogs per person with a bag of chips. We will put signs on the table with the outing name and the per person portion limits. OPTION 3 For Banquet Outings - Divot’s Bar & Grill Banquet Menu is attached. The outing organizer makes full payment for the banquet. It will be agreed upon in advance at what time the food line should be started. Once everyone has finished golfing, once half the group has finished or they should start as soon as the first group is finished. We strongly advise waiting until at least half the group has finished, but this is totally up to the outing organizer. The outing organizer will receive a food tickets for the number of meals ordered. Each person will need to give their ticket to the server when they go through the food line. Once all tickets have been returned everyone will be allowed to take whatever seconds are available on the banquet table. This helps to prevent the individuals that finish first from taking too much and leaving the individuals finishing last with nothing to eat. We would appreciate it if the outing organizer takes the time to advise everyone of our policy. When ordering for your outing, please remember to include all the individuals you have helping with the outing in the number of meals you will require. Example: This would be someone that may not be golfing but would be driving the beer cart or just helping you with the organization of the group. The outing will be responsible for the payment of all food ordered even if all participants do not attend or should the golf portion of the outing be cancelled do to rain. If your are interested in items that are not on the Divot’s Bar & Grill Menu or on the Divot’s Banquet Menu please make your requests and we will try to accommodate you by getting a price to furnish you with the items. The Banquet pricing may vary due to outing size or special requests. OPTION 4 Outings are permitted to request Crab Apple Ridge hire another catering service for the outing. The hired catering service will be totally responsible for the food served and for all banquet needs (plates, cups, silverware, napkins, salt & pepper etc.). Should you wish to use this option a $100.00 fee for the use of the facility will be charged and the billing for the banquet will have to go through Crab Apple Ridge. In other words the outside catering service will bill Divot’s Bar & Grill and we in turn will bill the outing group. A Turn Break of Only 5 Minutes is allowed. Please make sure that your outing is informed that they need to pickup their turn food and get to number 10 tees within that allowed time frame.
